50 Single Skips

40 Jumping Jacks

30 Pass Throughs (PVC)

20 Over Head Squats (PVC)

10 Mountain Climbers

SKILL:

10 Minutes : 3 x 5 Strict Pull Ups

WOD:

8 Minute AMRAP:

20 Double Unders/ 40 Skips

15 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

rest 4 Minutes then:

8 Minute AMRAP:

5 Hand Stand Push Ups/ Pike Push Ups

10 Pistols alternating legs

15 Pull Ups/ Jump Pull Ups/ Resistance Band Pull Ups
