WARM UP:

15 minutes of “Goat Movements” :  Double Unders; Pull Ups; Chest to Bars; Toes to Bars; Knees to Elbows; Muscle Ups; Box Jumps; etc…WOD:

On Minute 1 do TWO Burpees and then increase by ONE Burpee Every Minute on the Minute for 17 Minutes.

Don’t think of it as Punishment – think of it as a gentle reminder to put your $hit back in its proper place after you use it
