10 Minutes of

20 Butt Kickers; 20 Walking Lunges; 20 High Knees; 30 Air Squats; 30 Ring Rows

SKILL:

4 x 400M Run

Rest 30 seconds between each round

WOD:

FIGHT GONE BAD

Three Five minute Rounds with one minute each per movement and one minute rest at the end of the last movement before going all out again:

  • Push Press (45# Bar)
  • Box Jumps
  • Ring Rows
  • Back Squats
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
