Warm Up: 

200 M Run

30 Air Squats

WOD:

Teams of 2:

Work for 4 Minutes: Your partner does Grounds to Over Heads (75# W; 95# M) for Max Reps whilst you hold a Squat, when your GTOH partner rests, you switch places.

Immediately after that work for 4 Minutes:

Your partner does Kettle Bell Swings (45# W; 55# M) for Max Reps whilst you do Jumping Jacks, when your partner rests, you switch places.

THEN Run 600 M.

2 Minutes Rest and

THEN REPEAT ending with the Run. Keep a Score of your Reps as an Individual and as a Team.
