50 Hollow Rocks; 50 Russian Twists; 50 Ab Mat Sit Ups; 400 M Run

SKILL:

20 Minutes of Deadlifts: 5 x 5

WOD: 

20 Minute AMRAP of:

10 Deadlifts (M: 225#; W: 190#)

200 M Run
