3 Rounds of 20 Walking Lunges, 20 Air Squats & 5 Push Ups

SKILL:
Thrusters – PVC Warm Up; then 45 lb bar; then choose your weight

WOD:

For time:

7000 lb Elephant  – Thrusters

Choose your weight and then do the Math! For eg, if you’re lifting 100 lbs then 7000 divided by 100 = 70 Reps; if you’re lifting 75 lbs then 7000 divided by 75 = 93 Reps.
