1 Minute of each of the following for 3 minutes:

V-Situps; Planks; Push Ups; Russian Twists; Hollow Rocks; Supermans

SKILL: 

5 Minutes of Jump Rope – Singles or Double Unders

5 Minutes of Hang Cleans 

WOD: 

A kinda sort of 13.3: (Everything but the Muscle Ups) 

12 Time Minute Time Cap:

150 Wall Ball Shots (14#W; 20#M)

90 Double Unders (180 Singles)

Hang Cleans for the rest of the remaining time (95#W; 115#M)
