20 Mountain Climbers

30 Sit Ups

WOD:

4 ROUNDS of a 3 Minute AMRAP of :

10 Push Press

10 Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls

1 Minute Rest in between each round. Keep score your Reps each Round and total them at the end.
