Build to a 3RM (MUST be Touch & GO Reps)

Snatch It & Carry It
Complete 4 Rounds for time:
20 Minute Time Cap
Single Arm DB Power Snatch – 5 Reps Right Hand 35#W; 55#M
OH Farmer Carry 20 yds
12 Burpees
Single Arm DB Power Snatch – 5 Reps Left Hand
OH Farmer Carry 20 Yd
12 Burpees

*OH Farmer Carry to be completed Single Arm with DB overhead.
