12 Minute Time Cap:

Death by Burpees: 1 Minute 1 Burpee

2 Minutes 2 Burpees

3 Minutes 3 Burpees… and so on … til the clock stops

SKILL:

3 RFT:

10 Ground to Over Heads (snatch or clean & jerk 95#M; 65#W)

Shuttle Sprints 4 x 50 M

WOD: BEAR COMPLEX

5 Rounds of 7 Reps with each Rep comprising: 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat+ 1 Push Press +1 Back Squat + 1 Push Press

Don’t let your hands off of the bar during the Round! If you do it’s a Burpee Penalty!
