In teams of 2:
You and your partner run a Mile sharing a 25# Plate between the two of you – exchange as needed until Mile completed then
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
Divide the work between you as you see fit then:
Run the mile again sharing the 25# plate dividing the load between you as necessary.
