WOD: Crossfit Total
Find your 1 RM using only three attempts in the following lifts:
- Back Squat
- Shoulder Press (Strict Press)
- Deadlift
The heaviest lifts are combined to generate your Total. There is no time limit, but the athlete must complete all three attempts for one lift before they can move to the next movement.
