9 Strict Press 45 lb bar

9 Wall Balls (14 lb W, 20 lb M)

9 Box Jumps (20″ W, 24″ M)

12 Strict Press 45 lb bar

12 Wall Balls (14 lb W, 20 lb M)

12 Box Jumps (20″ W, 24″ M)

15 Strict Press 45 lb bar

15 Wall Balls (14 lb W, 20 lb M)

15 Box Jumps (20″ W, 24″ M)…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 15, go on to 18. If you complete 18, go on to 21, etc.
