Warm Up: 

3 Rounds of:

20 Hollow Rocks

20 Walking Lunges

5 Push UpsWOD:

Teams of two persons do a 4 Minute AMRAP for EACH of the following movements:

1. Air Squats (While one partner does the work, the other does active rest holding a squat.)

2. Wall Ball Shots (While one partner does the work, the other does active rest holding a squat.)

3. Kettle Bell Swings (While one partner does the work, the other does active rest holding a squat.)

4. Push Ups (While one partner does the work, the other does active rest holding a plank.)
