3 rounds of : 20 Hollow Rocks & 20 Supermans


Complete As Many Reps As Possible in 2 Minute rounds of the following movements:

Double Unders

Wall Ball Shots (14 lb W; 20 lb M)

Box Jumps (20″ W; 24″ M)

Push Ups


Air Squats

Keep score of the amount of Reps you make in each movement so that you can use this as a bench mark for your fitness level the next time you try this WOD.
