Today was a Skill/Goat Day 

where we broke up into small groups and practiced at a station for at least 8 minutes. Stations were:

  • Air Squat Technique
  • Wall Ball Shot Technique
  • Rowing Technique
  • Pull ups (Band Pull Ups / Kipping Pull Ups Technique)
  • Ring Dips Technique
Members were asked to revisit technique,  fundamental basic moves and the functionality of movements.
