Today was a Skill/Goat Day
where we broke up into small groups and practiced at a station for at least 8 minutes. Stations were:
- Air Squat Technique
- Wall Ball Shot Technique
- Rowing Technique
- Pull ups (Band Pull Ups / Kipping Pull Ups Technique)
- Ring Dips Technique
Members were asked to revisit technique, fundamental basic moves and the functionality of movements.
