20 Med Ball Cleans

100 M Run

20 Med Ball Squats (Ball between you and your partner standing back to back)

100 M Run


With a Partner do 2 Rounds of :

400 M Run

75 Double Unders/ 100 Single skips

300 M Run

25 Hand Release Push Ups


With a Partner 15 Minute AMRAP of:

10 DB Snatches (Alternating hands)

20 Wall Ball Shots

200 M Run
