Today was our WOD for our dear friend, fitness enthusiast, and fellow crossfitter, Jaryd.

A BIG THANK YOU to all who showed up and gave their all for this event; to those who sent well wishes and prayers and even did the WOD abroad; and special gratitude to all who donated to assist with his medical expenses. Your time, effort and charity certainly went a long way and at present our tiny community has raised close to $9000.00 for Jaryd. 

Please feel free to do the WOD and to continue to donate if you wish. Thank you again for your generous contributions!
