TEAM WOD:
100 Double Unders
100 Push Ups
100 KB Swings
100 Air Squats
Each team member completes her set of 100 Reps, but team members must break their rhythm and push the 90 lb sled or carry the 45/75/95 lb Atlas Stone to the other side where the other team is waiting and doing the same amount of reps. No team member should be at rest- everyone must work!
