One minute of work at each of the following stations followed by One minute Rest
- Push Press 45 lb
- Kettle Bell Swings (45 lb W; 55 lb M)
- Mountain Climbers
- Box Jumps (20″ W; 24″ M)
- Wall Ball Shots (14 lb W; 20 lb M)
Every Minute you and your partners move to a different station. Keep score of the number of Reps you do per movement and at the end of the final Round get the Team Total.
