Testimonials
I’ve improved on all of my big lifts listed above, my elasticity, and overall Athleticism.
I would recommend Sweat 60 because it is very adhesive to your training goals and is done with purpose. Each training is different from the last so it never gets boring or repetitive. They are also very fast-paced and intense so you’re guaranteed to sweat, see progress, and feel stronger at the end of each workout. The trainers are also very positive, personable, and motivational. They ensure each lift is done correctly to prevent injury.

Going back and forth from wrestling to football as a lineman can be difficult. Sweat 60 helped me navigate adding the correct kind of weight and adding strength the right way. In addition, we set the goal of improving my flexibility and have seen a lot of gains in that area this year. My rest and recovery was also a weakness that needed a lot of help to get to the next level in my training. The mentoring and support from Kevin is amazing. I would recommend them to any athlete.

I would absolutely recommend Sweat 60 to any athlete in the Los Angeles area. In only a short three months, I have gotten stronger in numerous areas of lifting, more than any other time in the past few years. The trainers at Sweat 60 deeply care about each individual’s success, exemplified by their uber specific workouts for every single member.
