30 Pass Throughs

30 Over Head Squats

Skill: for 25 Minutes 

Rope Climbs

WOD: 

Tabata: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest of each of the following movements:

  • kettle bell swings
  • kettle bell squats
  • kettle bell twists
  • Kettle bell snatch
  • kettle bell sit ups

Count and keep score of your reps!
