WODs:

TEAMS OF TWO:

WOD 1:

Both Partners 200 M Farmer’s Walk  + 200 Double Unders each (Scaled 400 Singles between the partners )

WOD 2: Max Partner Deadlift

WOD 3: Max Burpees in 5 Minutes – total between the partners
